In the scheme of things, this is a throwaway. This guy had built such a reputation as a plastic surgeon that he was known as the head doctor to the medical staff. A different population also knew him as the head doctor.

At least three women have come forward to relate their similar experiences with the “Head Doctor.” According to the women who survived a date with him, The Doctor would sprinkle cocaine on his penis just prior to having them go down on him. Other than having a bad taste in their mouths the next morning the three suffered no ill effect. The fourth died of a cocaine overdose.

When a gun is used to kill somebody, it is the bullet that does the damage. The gun is just the delivery system. Here the cocaine is the bullet. Does that mean if he goes to jail, he goes armed with a deadly weapon?
