Dumb-and-dumber-drug-traffickers-call-the-cops-on-themselves. Seems these two rocket scientists went to Canada to buy some primo homegrown weed, pictured above. Course they had to test it. They made it through the border checkpoint and began their journey home.

At some point in time they decided that the police were following them. They resigned themselves to the fact that they were busted. They tried to flag the cops down so that they could surrender, the cops wouldn’t stop. 

They finally found a telephone and called dispatch to complain that the police were being mean to them by not arresting them. They kept trying to surrender and the cops kept ignoring them. The article provides a transcript of the conversation. The real police finally showed up and arrested the pair.
